		<description>When I worked for Nassau County, I got to know a lot of the food organizations in Nassau because they were essential to what my job was related to (disaster services)  and they were stocked like BJ&#039;s warehouse with HUGE refridgerated sections, etc. It was amazing. 

Anyways, the cost of living is really insane. Here we have (in the article above) decent, educated workers living modestly who cannot provide for their families. That is just sad and unfortunate and shows OUR generation how volatile the economy is and how it could affect us now.</description>
